 What do you make

I make nice hand pies with a tough of Naughty!  Local alcohol is incorporated in every pie.  They are family friendly

 How did you get started? 

I started in 2012 because my triplets and other two kids were all in school.  My hubby said it was  time for me to find some sort of job. 

Who inspired you? 

My mom had passed away about a year before I started. Making pies, her crust specificity like she did made me not miss her so much.  Keep tradition alive is so important.

What is your favorite part of what you do?

I love the people I've met.  I love hearing peoples story's about pies and their family traditions. 

What is the least favorite part of your maker process?   

My least favorite part of what we do would probably be when I over-bake for an event and don't sell all the pies!   We NEVER sell day old pies! So it's very costly

 A day in the life of making what you do?

I have 3 people making pies 3-4 days per week. We make pies for weddings, catering and Retail pie orders for local grocery  stores.  On the weekends, I do all the baking for weddings and share in the delivery and setup for weddings with another person.  We also have local events we attend on weekends occasionally in the Summer and Fall.  

What do you enjoy doing when you are not busy making?  

I'm a mom of 5 kids.  Need I say more?
